Sometimes, attraction between two people can be stymied or held in abeyance. When looking for that reaction that ignites the internal flames of magnetism, there are many factors to be considered. I pondered this tonight after encountering what I would deem to be an uncouth and irrational outlook.

Firstly, if you are like many who have suffered a death of a relationship (i.e., divorce), then what you must realize is that for an initial magnetism to have even a remote chance of happening, you must be ready for it with mind, body and soul. If you are missing any of these key elements, you will be unable to feel the pangs of true fire as you are unfit for giving of yourself as well as receiving of the other person.

Secondly, in terms of internet dating, if you have not cultivated a strong personal connection prior to meeting in person, then your first date may yield a goodnight and thank you at the end. It takes time to get to know the inner workings of an individual and scratching the surface with superficial talk over a dinner will not allow a person’s inner river to run freely. Initial attraction can easily be stifled if you do not know who or what you are seeking.

Thirdly, be sure you are single and available before going out on a date. I cannot stress this enough. It is downright rude and moreover obnoxious for you to go on a date with someone while you are dating someone else. This is highly insulting to the other person and shows your lack of good intentions, respect and decency. It is just classless. 

Finally, here are some helpful tips to help make your next date your last first date:

1.  Know the Core:  Before you go out on a first date with someone, email and talk on the phone more than a few times and really get to know the person. Who, not what are you looking for? What traits in a person are you most interested in? What is it about a person’s personality that attracts you the most? What attracts you the least? What type of person do you see yourself with? Gear yourself up for some meaningful, insightful conversation and know the person you will be going out with a bit before heading out the door.

2.  Plan the Know Each Other Date:  If you want a date that lights your fire, burns your passion and excites your senses to the point where the next one cannot come fast enough, then plan a date outside the realm of the usual. Plan a date where you can spend time alone with the other person to really get to know them. Trust me, if there is a spark to be made, it will catch fire. Some suggestions: meet up at a park on a Saturday afternoon and take a long walk together; take a walk on the boardwalk at the beach at night; plan a date at the amusement park – get silly and just have plain old fashioned fun; plan an exploration date (caves can be fun, exciting and romantic too). Whatever the date you plan, make it loose, carefree and let your hair down. And don’t forget the first kiss. That usually tells a whole lot.

3.  Proper Etiquette:  This is for the gentlemen. There is nothing more distasteful than a man who does not walk a woman to her car after a date, regardless of how bad or good the date went. Be respectful!  Bring the lady back to her car!

It is written on page 80 within The Constellation of Omens: The Signs of the End of the World (published on Jan. 28, 2009) that Islamic law shall dominate the United States of America.  Putting aside all political ideals, during my perusal for events happening in the United States of America, I came across an article in the NY Post.  “Sharia Law” and “Islamic Law” being interchangeable terms, immediately caught my attention. After reading the article, I do believe this is the first step toward the full realization of this omen:

OBAMA'S MOST PERILOUS LEGAL PICK

JUDGES should interpret the Constitution according to other nations' legal "norms." Sharia law could apply to disputes in US courts. The United States constitutes an "axis of disobedience" along with North Korea and Saddam-era Iraq.

Those are the views of the man on track to become one of the US government's top lawyers: Harold Koh.

President Obama has nominated Koh…to be the State Department's legal adviser. In that job, Koh would forge a wide range of international agreements on issues from trade to arms control, and help represent our country in such places as the United Nations and the International Court of Justice. It's a job where you want a strong defender of America's sovereignty.  But that's not Koh. He's a fan of "transnational legal process," arguing that the distinctions between US and international law should vanish….

… A New York lawyer, Steven Stein, says that, in addressing the Yale Club of Greenwich in 2007, Koh claimed that "in an appropriate case, he didn't see any reason why sharia law would not be applied to govern a case in the United States."…

Koh has called America's focus on the War on Terror "obsessive." In 2004, he listed countries that flagrantly disregard international law -- "most prominently, North Korea, Iraq, and our own country, the United States of America," which he branded "the axis of disobedience."…

Koh, a self-described "activist," would plainly promote his views aggressively once at State. He's not likely to feel limited by the letter of the law -- in 1994, he told The New Republic: "I'd rather have [former Supreme Court Justice Harry] Blackmun, who uses the wrong reasoning in Roe [v. Wade] to get the right results, and let other people figure out the right reasoning."

Worse, the State job might be a launching pad for a Supreme Court nomination. (He's on many liberals' short lists for the high court.) Since this job requires Senate confirmation, it's certainly a useful trial run.

What happens to Koh in the Senate will send an important signal. If he sails through to State, he's a far better bet to make it onto the Supreme Court. So Senate Republicans have a duty to expose and confront his radical views….

Sudan Expels Aid Groups While Millions Thirst, Starve

NEW YORK, New York, March 9, 2009 (ENS)

The United Nation's top humanitarian official said today that the world body is striving at all levels to reverse the expulsion of 13 major aid groups from Sudan's war-torn Darfur region ordered by the Sudanese Government.

UN Humanitarian Coordinator John Holmes said that at the same time UN agencies are urgently planning to cover gaps in life-saving assistance that is essential to 4.7 million Sudanese - including 2.7 million internally displaced persons.

The UN estimates that the expulsions would leave 1.1 million people without food, 1.5 million without health care and at least one million without drinking water….

Sudan's decision to begin ejecting the non-governmental organizations came on Wednesday, immediately after the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for President Omar Al-Bashir for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Darfur.

The first sitting Head of State to be indicted by the Court, Al-Bashir was indicted on two counts of war crimes and five counts of crimes against humanity. The Hague-based ICC's pre-trial chamber found there was insufficient evidence to charge him with genocide, but stressed that if the prosecution presents additional evidence the warrant could be amended at a later date.

"He is suspected of being criminally responsible, as an indirect (co-)perpetrator, for intentionally directing attacks against an important part of the civilian population of Darfur, Sudan, murdering, exterminating, raping, torturing and forcibly transferring large numbers of civilians, and pillaging their property," according to a press release issued by the Court. …

DHAKA, Bangladesh (AP) — The outer edge of Cyclone Bijli began lashing southern Bangladesh on Friday night, officials said, as the government ordered the evacuation of tens of thousands of residents from the country's low-lying coast. Neighboring Myanmar was also bracing for the storm.

Asadur Rahman, a weather official in the southeastern Bangladeshi city of Chittagong, said the storm was packing winds of 55 mph. Accuweather.com said its center was about 150 mph from Calcutta, India, and moving northeast Friday night. It said the cyclone was slowly picking up steam….

Paris, Jan 12 (AP) Portuguese aviation authorities have alerted French counterterrorism officials to an intercepted message threatening terrorist attacks against targets in Paris, including the Eiffel Tower, a French newspaper has reported.

The communication by short-wave radio, intercepted Thursday, was "vague and confused," and Portuguese officials quickly alerted French authorities, French daily Le Monde reported yesterday, citing unidentified police officials….

OMEN:  The volcano, Mt. Etna, will begin its tumultuous ruptures and molten lava will fall sporadically, furiously creating new fissures…

Sunday 10th May 2009Mt Etna Volcano, ItalyA flank eruption continues at Mt Etna volcano in Sicily. The fissure has been active for a year (since 13th May 2008). The lava flow is at an altitude of 2480 m in the Valle del Bove. Hornitos are built along the fracture and strongly emit sulphurous gases.

   The blue print for mass destruction was finalized years ago by the hands of thirsty greed and the plans are now being implemented. While many cast their blame into the hearts of today’s leaders, what is forgotten is that the same many sat idly back and permitted Tyranny to flourish. And, let us not forget, that those same many continue to do so.

   The song of independence has been replaced with the melody of globalism. The men and women who fought and died to keep America free are the same men and women who in today’s political agenda died in vain. It is mankind’s complacency that is to blame for what was once heralded as valiancy. The ignorance of the men and women of America as a whole are held accountable. The cognizant who sit indolently in silence are responsible.

   As globalism erects its posture and as Americans lose their independence, their freedom and their way of life, understand that the effects will be globally catastrophic. America was the last country for liberty and justice. America was the future for many as they escaped oppressed societies to live without fear and in faith, once again. America, the land of the free and the home of the brave is now a country in ruins; a country in crisis – a country defeated.

   Make no mistake; the demise of America constitutes a national crisis on a global scale. It is a death that will not be rejuvenated by Socialism, Communism or by globalism, but rather, a death of total decay. The downfall of our nation is as a direct result of the pacifists permitting the influx of the wretched belligerent. America was defeated by those picking the grains of her own soil. America was destroyed from the inside while those on the inside permitted it to happen.

  I have but one question for you to ponder:  If America was meant to go global and if Fascism and Socialism was the supreme political coverlet, then why did your forefathers die to make America free and independent?

   Wake up America.  “The Constellation of Omens: The Signs of the End of the World” – the signs have been detonated.

As I am sure everyone has been witnessing on the news, there have been very recent perilous acts of nature occurring in all corners of the world - brute quakes in America and Europe - notably, the recent devastation in Italy.  Eruptions of volcanos - such as the latest one in Africa and shifts in the ocean floor, to name but a few.

There have been severe shifts in weather patterns across the globe causing major devastation, not to mention the very irregular pattern of the sun as of late.

Are these natural occurrences just a normal sequence of events for our times or do they mean something else? What other disasters do we have to look forward to?

The disasters and the erratic behavior of the weather that plague our modern days are no normal sequence of events. Find out what else is coming our way.

What do the financial bailouts by the federal government actually mean? What is the big picture?  

The big picture is governmental totality – from the controlling of industry, health care and education all the way down to state and local infrastructure and eventually, dominion over the personal household. Is this Socialism, Communism or Marxism? The answer my dear ones is that Socialism, Communism or Marxism for that matter should only be so horrid.

To give you a better idea of the visual layout of what is going on here I want you to visualize a triangle. Situated at the top is the federal government. Down the sides are the state governments and municipalities. Now, in the middle and along the base of the triangle is everything else, i.e., education, healthcare, industry, civilians, etc...  Now, picture the strings. Everything on the triangle is connected to the federal government at the top of the triangle by a string. Everything has its own string and the federal government pulls it and yanks it at will.

This is a very basic visualization, however, one that if you see it correctly, you will be able to visualize the governmental dominion in a more profound and deadly light.

Now, others who reside in other countries might question how does what is happening in America affect them? Well, quite simply and as we all know, America is a free, caring and strong country. America was founded by the hearts of men who fled countries riddled with slavery and Tyranny. The citizens of this great nation have aided and died for those of other countries trapped under governmental siege. We have fed the hungry, educated the poor and liberated the ignorant. America has been the stronghold for the world however, those times are swiftly eroding.

The omens are beginning to strike as many still sit back idly in ignorance. Natural disasters are beginning, detonating the sequence of events of the signs of the end.

Let us look at some of the most recent events:

- A volcano northwest of Tokyo erupted spewing up a huge plume of smoke and gas which rained ash on the capital of Japan.

 - The Red River in South Dakota has severely overflowed causing severe flooding and massive damage. 

-  Hurling tornados sweep across Arkansas killing people and destroying homes and businesses.

Disasters like these have already been written and make no mistake, are full and complete signs that we need to wake up, become cognizant and take an active role in restoring the fundamental truth and holy core of humanity.  There is a great difference between the “signs” of the end and “the end” itself and God is our saving grace.

Knowledge is power and power is hope.

I found myself caught up in poetic thought today. As I did not have the time to sit and formulate words into a piece of poetry, the thoughts just accumulated and formed a muse of their own.

So, the first thing I thought of was what if love was laughter? What if every time you laughed, that meant you were internally fulfilled with eternal love? And then that one thought escalated into a deeper contemplation. What if even if you laughed one time - that meant that love fulfilled you eternally, needing laughter no more? I thought, wow, what a concept – you could laugh at your own senselessness and be content. You could laugh at the idiocy of others and be satisfied. If love were laughter, love wouldn’t be sought after it would just come effortlessly – without game, without malice and without compulsion.

The next thing that crossed my mind was what if you could turn your favorite memories into today’s reality? What if you could reach into the vastness of your mind and pull from it, into your hands, your most favorite time, place, person or event from your past and place it down in front of you to live again? And, what if you could live in it forever? If rejuvenating memories were possible, there would be no misery, no wanting and no need –today would be the beginning of a beloved forever.

 

And then, I pondered, what if rain fell to quench your desires – all of your desires? What if every time it rained, you could stand outside and relieve your internal thirst? Being drenched in a blanket of rain would devour your yearn and replace it with completeness. There would be no need to desire, but only to look forward to the next rainfall to saturate your core in wholeness.

 

And then I had my final consideration of the day.  I thought what if the sun was an affectionate companion? What if the sun were affection, a hug, a kiss or a kind word?  Every time you walked out under the rays of the sun you would be embraced in arms that wanted you, that needed you, that adored you. You would be held by purity, spoken to by honesty and kissed by rays of devotion. If the sun was an affectionate companion, each day would be bliss.
